My sister is a life-coach. I've never been to one and I am not a trained one, but if I were not a writer and my schedule so full I would take it up and still may at some point. With that said I have coached and been coached by remarkable friends. And have witnessed the amazing life changes that take place as a result of it. I think it is so essential, in fact, we should have it all through high school, that early so that we can coach ourselves more consciously and direct our live at a much younger age.
