@Stacey / Create A Balance – Sometimes when the pace is slow – that also gives us the opportunity to see things a little more clearly. And that can be a good thing. So sometimes it has to be slow, and sometimes it just is slow. Don’t stop, though. Even a snail’s pace is progress in the right direction!

@Liz – Liz, I’m so glad that you are here today! This message is for you! And it’s for me. And everyone. It can become easy to want to stop – when things seem dark.
