Walking the path of an entrepreneur can bring forth many interesting choices. In order for you to see continued success throughout the years, you have to come up with practical ways to use your money. Making wise investments is an obvious move but you might be able to go farther with your efforts. Many entrepreneurs and professionals find that charity work can be enriching and help to improve the public’s opinion of a specific individual or larger organization. Giving back to your community can even help you to feel more connected to the work you do.

There are countless examples of entrepreneurs who give back while striving for success. To feel inspired in your own endeavors, explore some of what these individuals have accomplished with their work.

Couples Who Give Back

Entrepreneurs do not always come as single packages. In many cases, a person will partner up with his or her spouse to create a charity organization that can help to change the world. Furniture industry veteran Eugene Chrinian and his wife Donna are a perfect example of this. The two were quite involved with volunteering in their community, specifically at the local church. Unfortunately, the church began to hit financial obstacles. Eugene and Donna made the decision to provide financial aid to the church so that it could continue to flourish and enrich their community.

When you set out to do charity work, it is best to follow the example set here by Eugene Chrinian and his wife. Look in your own backyard. Take note of your community and where seems to need the most help. By directly impacting the community you interact with in a positive way, you might find that the charity work you are doing is helping to change your own life for the better. Learn more about the work of Eugene and Donna by looking over Eugene Chrinian’s Facebook and exploring what their charity does.

Pursuit of Knowledge

Many charities aim to help people or organizations in the present. While this is wonderful, there are also interesting examples of entrepreneurs who invest in the future. The Brin Wojcicki Foundation is an organization started by Sergey Brin and Anne Wojcicki. Brin is one of the co-founders of Google and Wojcicki has an extensive background in academics and molecular biology. Their shared passion for the pursuit of knowledge via the sciences helped the two to spearhead a number of projects aimed at financially supporting future endeavors in these fields.

The Brin Wojcicki Foundation allocates billions of dollars to a number of charities each year. Brin and Wojcicki also have also created the Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences, a fund that supports young minds who show incredible promise in mathematics, fundamental physics, and life sciences. If you are an entrepreneur, setting up academic funds can be a practical move. Parents and educators take note when professionals provide aid to students, so it can be worth your time to consider this option for your own pursuits.

Big Names, Hidden Moves

Many entrepreneurs are well-known to the public. You most likely know who Mark Cuban and Mark Zuckerberg are without needing to look their names up. While Cuban might generally be known for his outspoken political views and ownership of the Dallas Cowboys, he also has an impressive history of supporting a number of important charities. In fact, he established his own organization back in 2003. The Fallen Patriot Fund was started by Cuban to provide financial support to the families of members of the military who were killed during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Zuckerberg is known far and wide for creating Facebook, as well as being portrayed by Jesse Eisenberg in the 2010 film The Social Network. While Zuckerberg might be viewed by many as a tech guru with his finger on the pulse of the culture, he also gives back in a number of ways. Due to Zuckerberg’s young age when starting out as an entrepreneur, decisions like moving Facebook’s shares to important non-profit groups helped to set the tone for other young people in the business world.

Following a Charitable Path

Setting out as an entrepreneur can be exciting and intimidating. How you spend your money is going to dictate the success you see down the line. Exploring your options with charitable endeavors might be the right move for you to make. By dedicating your time and finances to the needs of others, you might be able to connect to your community in ways that you had not anticipated.

There is no right or wrong way to go about the process of being a more charitable philanthropist. All you have to do to get yourself started is take a look at the communities around you and see which might require the most assistance. Do your research and determine if charities already exist for these communities and if you might be able to cover the difference in support. Invest fully in your endeavors and help to shape the future in a positive direction.

Online business has incredibly become a mainstream nowadays. The fact that you can have your own business in a step by step process, who wouldn’t want to have one? Besides, it is cheap and every single one of us want to have a business of his/her own. Instead of spending long hours of office work with only two days off and few vacation days in a year, why not take the chance to have your very own online business?

Of course, it is easier said than done. You can’t just create your own website, sell products and wait for the money to come in. While that’s what we all aim to achieve in online business, it does not go exactly as that.

Why? Because you are not alone in this world.

Before you can think of online business, someone else is already making a lot of income from it. But this does not mean you will give up and lose hope already.

There are still a lot of ways to succeed in online business. You just need to know where to start, what to do and how you do it. In this article, I’ll share the most important practices that everyone else has done to succeed make their online business succeed.

Build your foundation

Foundation is very crucial. You need to have a very good representation of your online business. A good example of this is a website, business logo, website content and credibility of your website. Everything needs to appear professional in every single detail of it because they add value to impress your visitors.

If you don’t have what it takes to develop your own website, you can take sometime studying and practicing the process. If you are willing to invest a lot, you can just hire someone else to do the job for you. Either way, the result should look professional and should benefit you so your online entity won’t look hilarious

Make friends with everyone else

No man is an Island. A phrase that never gets old and always applicable to everyone. You can’t run an online business from scratch all by yourself. You should make friends to people who have already succeeded in the field so you can ask some tips and advice from their experiences. Since they are miles ahead of you, they can already tell you what to do and what not to do.

While not everyone is willing to share their secrets, you can still get some tips from the experts. After all, it is them who have the experience online, not you.

Where to find people with the same mindset as you:

  • Go to com and join local gatherings in your area.
  • Find Facebook groups in your industry and join their
  • Follow high influential people in your industry and stalk their online for your benefit ie what they read, what they share

Do not limit yourself as to who you will talk to. For instance, your business is about selling online products, don’t keep away yourself from people offering online services. Every now and then, you’ll pick up crucial information you can use for your own benefit.

Live, breath and move online

Successful people don’t have a social life. Especially the ones who make a living online. Their world circulate in the internet every single day. They didn’t become successful because they just always sit and wait to make the magic happen. They study, read, apply, practice, analyze and observe everything. In short, they spent a large amount of time aiming for their online business to have a break.

While you have control over your time in your own business, you need to spend a lot of time, effort and dedication to make it work.

  • You need to find opportunities where your business can have strong visibility in your
  • You need to find opportunities for your business to get
  • You need to find people to bring to your website as referral In short, you need to be everywhere where your audience are.

Create your own alliances

Alliance is important in online business. In fact, it is important in our personal life. You need like-minded people to help you promote, support and back you up whenever you introduce something to your audience.

For instance, you are sponsoring and organizing a competition in your industry with prizes coming from your business itself, these so-called alliances can help you spread the word out. They can write a blog post about it, talk about it over social media or even send an email newsletter to their own audience to bring in more people to participate.

Gather loyal followers

Going back to our second tip, no man is an Island. Your followers, readers, subscribers will make your business succeed. If you only just rely on daily website traffic from organic, paid or social channels, there are times you will see poor performance of your business.

By having loyal followers can help you keep your business alive. Since they can most likely share the word out to their connections, chances that you can increase your website traffic can be extremely high. Compare to having one or two sources of website traffic.

Conclusion

Having an online business is fun. You have control over your life. You have no fear of financial breakdown. But before you can earn a lot, you must dedicate your life to it. Once you succeed, all you need to do is maintain it’s performance, manage the needs of your business to keep it working.
