I did not know that you had no formal training in the areas that you write about. You are exceptional in your insight, compassion and vivid vitality. I am impressed with your ability to speak from your heart. You have encouraged me more times than you could possibly know. I think some of the wisest people have had no formal training. They have learned and continue to learn through life experience, where learning becomes imprinted in the entire being: the body, soul, spirit and mind....not just the mind. It is what makes them stand out. It is what makes them connect on a gut level to people living their lives in the trenches. There is something "gutsy" about their truth and wisdom. They are not merely spouting something they read; they speak from their heart and soul and it is pure and shines like a forest after summer rain...when the sun comes out.
