Agree, I even enjoy the feeling of sweating it out, and feel the sweat dripping. I love to hike in the nature park, feel the blood pumping, breath in the fresh air, and listen to all the noisy creatures in the forest

@Amanda - That last sentence is right on! How true that what we need most sometimes is that which we continually put off.

@Rebecca - Win-win-win -- that's awesome! I find that too, when I exercise more, my eating habits improve as well - it's cool how that works (when we actually do it).

as you know, i just started exercising and i have been feeling good....funny thing, not only is it helping me mentally and physically but i also find that i'm not as prone to eating the wrong foods. it seems to keep me on track. so it's a win-win-win!

Even after just a few days of being inactive I feel myself getting irritated more easily. The times when you don't feel like being active at all are the times you need it the most!

@Shamelle -- yep, mixing it up can be the key to keeping you doing it!

@MizFit -- hey, if it's fun right...

@Rachel -- I give you credit, a baby in the house means not a lot of sleep. Keep it up (when you can).

I agree 100%. Going on little sleep since the birth of my son a month ago most days I really don't feel like working out. However, on the days I do push myself to even just take a walk outside I always feel so much better.
