““Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.” ~ Bill Keane

Ok, maybe famous is a bit “over the top”…but I have the great honor of having the one and only MizFit from mizfitonline.com profile me over at her site today!  She asks the tough questions.  I attempt to answer in some profound way (ok, that’s “over the top” too…).  You’ll just have to go check it out here!  If nothing else, browse around her site, she is a wealth of health and fitness information. And, fun to read!!  Thanks, MizFit!

I’d be pretty excited, too, if I were featured on MizFit’s site! She rocks! 🙂

I liked what you said in your interview, so I thought I’d come over here and tell you so. I’ll definitely be adding your blog to my feed reader. I like how you look at things with so much perspective…very cool. 🙂

Cath Lawson September 13, 2008 at 7:15 am

Hi Lance – I loved the interview. I like the way you described yourself as skinny-fat. But some of the things you eat are way weird.

Hi Lance,

This is a favorite quote of mine. It reminds me to leave the past where it belongs, try to live in the moment, and look to the future with excitement.

Congratulations on the honor. I’ve headed over to MizFits to read your answers.

Tammy Warren September 15, 2008 at 10:09 am

Way to go Lance! 50 pounds in 8 months is a great deal. I am getting there slow and steady. It was the getting started again that was hard for me. 18 mile bikes rides…that might take some time for me.

Have a great week!

Tammy – Thanks! Slow and steady is good – it’s more likely to last. Starting can be the hardest part, and then once you get going, you’ve got momentum on your side.
