Hi Lance .. your blog is a great place to be .. and I'm now going to rock over to Brandi's site .. keep working at the press ups .. sounds like there's a little work to be done there!! I too feel like a joy rebel and love my life .. just making my mother happy through her last days is so important (long ones they may be) .. and so worth it .. she's given me a way forward to the future .. without sharing her experience I'd have never moved in this direction & for that I am so grateful .. Hi Lance, That was another fabulous interview. Brandi asked the perfect questions which gave us more insight into why you do what you do, and why you are as you are. Lance, I said it over on my other blog but I wanted to say it here too-I think it says something about your presence that so many amazing people in this community already know your wonderful, positive blog. The comments on my blog towards your interview are so wonderfullly sweet and encouraging. Laurie-I absolutely agree with you. One thing about my joy rebellion is I try to make it clear that connecting with joy isn't about espousing happy clappy crap if you aren't feeling it or sugar coating things. I believe our pivot point-our true nature is joy. Happiness is an emotion, a valid emotion but one that is within a wide array of emotions (anger, bewilderment, disappointment, contentment, etc). Joy is deeper than an emotion, which is transient. That's all my opinion anyway- brandi´s last blog post..joy rebel interviews:: jungle of life
