So true Lance, Today that is so meaningful as I am reading the Architecture of abundance and feeling I need to spend more time in silence, journaling etc, that’s when one expands into that depth
Suzie Cheel´s Last Fabulous Post ..Attracting Abundance By Seeing Only Love
Suzie,
Ohh….I so agree. Moments of silence, especially, are what add much depth for me. It is in those moments that life does add meaning. And from that meaning…depth…
This is a great quote referring to the fact that your life may be long, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is that you lived a life that was meaningful and fulfilled your purpose.
Shamelle@EnhanceLife´s Last Fabulous Post ..How to Find Good Books to Read
Shamelle,
…and we never know how long that life of ours will be. What we can do, though, is add depth by touching upon that which speaks from our soul…
Great to have you here today!

Much, much love…
I know Lance…catching up seems to be the theme of my week too 🙂 Let me know if you haven’t received it..will resend.
Lots of love~
Lance,
This quote exemplifies the fact that many words aren’t necessary to impart great truth and meaning. I remind myself of this particulat truth daily. HOW I live my life matters more than how long I live it.
Bless you, my friend, for sharing this today.
That saying along with the picture brought a million thoughts to my mind. I really loved that pic! Thx for starting my day off even better. I just got back from a great run with a beautiful sunrise here in southern CA!

The quality of our lives…is what truly matters….
This is soooo true and wonderful Lance. Love the colors and texture of this beautiful photo. I, for one, am glad it’s the depth that matters. Too many times I wasted the length, before I discovered the depth.
Angelia´s Last Fabulous Post ..The Texas Wild West
Angelia,
…keep shining your depth….it’s beautiful.
Deep is the life that lives.
Deep is the love that gives.
Deep is a smile, an ear that bends.
Deep is the bond between friends.
Deep eh? 🙂
Lovely photo, so sweet.

Jannie,
Deep and beautiful!!
And you, sweet friend, shine always!!

I really like Emerson! He wrote so many wonderful messages with such style.
This quote really hit my heart. We lost my mother in law on Tuesday, just three short weeks after we moved to a new house and moved her in with us. While she was 83 and did have a lot of years, they were tough years but she never lost her spirit and beautiful spark. I will miss Jane.
Laurie,
I’m so sorry to hear about Jane. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Joe, and with all of Jane’s family.
Much love and peace to you,
Lance
Lance: I really love that quote. It points us right in the direction we should be. The reality is that if we are only looking at the surface of life, it really can be overwhelming and pass right by. Once we can understand a little more about ourselves and who we really are, we really can appreciate all that life has to offer. Thanks for this Sunday thought. I really liked it.
Sybil,
So, so good to have you here today.
Yes, it is just so much more than what’s on the surface. And the thing is, are we getting beneath that surface? When we do, when dig a bit deeper – there is an added richness to our lives…
So true – Emerson was a wise man. As are you, Lance.

Little Lessons Under the Big Sky´s Last Fabulous Post ..Trash Talk Thursday- Discouraged
Quality, not quantity. I love it. It’s amazing sometimes, when you look back on the time that just flew by, and you wonder where YEARS went, with so little to show for it. So much time, and it didn’t count for much. And yet, you can have a fantastic weekend filled with great memories, special moments, and connect with people and let them touch your life, and you wonder that it was “only” two short days.
Definitely depth.

Lauren´s Last Fabulous Post ..God Is Hanging Out At The Lost And Found
It’s a very inspirational quote. And what does the depth of life means to you? For me, it means that do not go where the path may lead but instead go where there is no path and leave a trail.
