‘Morning, Lance. What a beautiful quote! Many people tend to think of some form of authority figure more removed from themselves, maybe even government, when presented with this one. When we think in broader terms, though, we find it holds equally true in our personal relationships. When we stop trying to be top dog in any way (having the last word just for the sake of it, not letting go in an argument, insisting on our way…), when we just graciously let go and let our love wash over us, all is smooth and wonderful. I love this quote. What a WONDERFUL way to start the day. Thank you!

Aren’t people’s priorities just completely skewed? Although I think at the end of the day if people were to analyze why they want power it’s probably because they think that will get them love.

Oh, I love this quote by Jimi. I have never heard this before. Love can be defined in so many different ways by so many different people but yet, it is all felt the same.
