I love to dance! I have been known to dance at the grocery store, in front of my students and in church. It is a great stress reliever and a super way to express yourself.

@Stacey Shipman — Inner rock star!!! Woohoo!!! Stacey, whether the video happens or not, know that your enthusiasm for life is a very special thing. And…no…the video does not have to be in a car…however you are dancing through life works beautifully. (and if I have it yet today, that still works).

My dance in my car was only one of many. I also dance when I am…
– Typing on my keyboard
– Hugging my sun
– Kissing my wife
– Running with my dog

I know not all of these are always celebrations in public, but I am making more of an effort to celebrate my life because it makes it so much more fun.

@Caity - Dancing, singing, smiling, music...sounds like a pretty great prescription for a life filled with lots of good and happy moments! And, Caity, if you get something in...that would be awesome. And if not...I know that you are out there, doing this already and spreading all sorts of your wonderful shiny beauty in the world! And that is awesome right there! @Jannie - Jannie...you super-duper sweetheart, you... Yep. Ina. She's our woman. If she can't do it, no one can! (I should really be a cheerleader, don't you think...Jannie??) (you should see me when I do the splits while calling out that cheer!!) Sparkly pocket protectors for Ina and YOU! It's what you've always wanted, right Jannie! Enjoy the apple juice and that super family of yours! @Quinn - Happy freaks! Great people, aren't they! In fact...I want to be a happy freak! It sounds so freakin' cool! And I know - sometimes we ignore that voice inside (that drum beat that calls our name), and a reminder is a great thing! And that's part of what this is all about - letting others see that it's okay to be their "true self"...and to beat that drum that's in their heart. @Audra - Hi Audra!! That picture is so light-hearted and fun, huh!! And those masks...yes, to see out from ourselves...we can't really do that with our own masks up. It's what is so great about this car dancing movement - I can't dance and keep any type of mask up...they just melt away. And then...to see out beyond that...there's a deep humanity in that....

There are people I term the happy freaks, these are not the people who mumble and giggle to themselves on street corners but hose who have learned to express themselves in the face of a social order that says conform. They are a role model for me at times when I forget to dance, when I forget tom to move to the beat of the drum that I hear. Well, I am only one of many sweethearts!!

Just glad to hear that you got it okay, well that Ina could make it work.

See, I can’t find the charger cord to my Sony video camera and I had to take the footage on my iPhone and … well, I won’t get into it any further — a very long story indeed how I finally managed to send it off to you!

All that matters is you guys got it okay and that Ina will get a sparkkly pocket protector and that I am blessed beyond belief with the most wonderful wonderful friends like you. There is so much love here, I think I just might go crazy and go pour an 8-ounce glass of apple juice!! And DRINK it!!! I usually only have one cup of juice a week — on Sunday morning, 4 oz.
