What’s Your Excuse?

by Lance Ekum on · 4 comments

That which we really want takes effort, and time, and sweat, and tears, and failures, and practice, and …..

This applies to sports (here), and this applies to your life.

So, don’t make excuses. Instead, go out there and work for what you really want.

@rebecca – he does make it seem effortless. I’m betting he put in a lot of time (to go along with his awesome talent) to reach the level he did.

@MizFit – right on. We’ve got to earn it.

Excuses and lies always take more effort than speaking the truth. I think the appeal in making excuses and lies is that the truth is embarrassing to us.
